Nicki Moore, née Webber (born March 17, 1974) is the current Meakem Smith Director of Athletics and Physical Education for Cornell University. She previously served as an assistant athletic director at the University of Oklahoma from 2004 to 2010, as an associate athletic director at the University of Oklahoma from 2010 to 2015, as an associate athletic director at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2015 to 2018, and as athletic director at Colgate University from 2018 to 2023.[1][2][3][4][5] Moore attended college at the University of Missouri, where she competed on the school's track and field team.[6] Moore was named the first female athletic director at Cornell University on November 30, 2022.[7][8]
