Personal life

Bowen married Alex Bowen on 15 September 2018 in Essex.[11] In June 2022, she gave birth to their son.[12]

In her Instagram, Olivia candidly discussed her postpartum fitness journey after giving birth to her son Abel in June 2022. She shared her struggles with health setbacks, including battling Covid-19, tonsillitis, and enduring a broken wrist. These hurdles led to fluctuations in her weight after her initial post-baby weight loss.
