Pławanice [pwavaˈnit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kamień, within Chełm County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Kamień, 13 km (8 mi) east of Chełm, and 77 km (48 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.
