Penns Neck is a cape, or headland, extending into the Delaware River and is located in Pennsville Township, Salem County, New Jersey.[1] The area was named after William Penn.[2]

After William Penn became Proprietor of Salem Tenth, the section was named Penn's Neck in his honor.
