Petra (Ancient Greek: Πέτρα) was an ancient settlement belonging to ancient Elis. Pausanias writes that it was in the immediate neighbourhood of Elis and contained the tomb of the philosopher Pyrrho.[1] Its precise location is unknown.[2]
