Poppy Boltz (born 25 September 2000) is an Australian rules footballer playing for Brisbane in the AFL Women's competition (AFLW).

Boltz was raised in Cairns, Queensland and played junior football for Centrals Trinity Beach and Cairns Saints in the AFL Cairns women's competition before moving to the Gold Coast to further her career with the Gold Coast Suns Academy. A midfielder, she is known for her strong physical presence, ability to win the contested ball as well as run and carry. She was playing for Southport in the AFL Queensland Women's League when she was drafted[1] by Brisbane with the 19th pick in the 2023 supplementary draft.

Boltz debuted on 9 September 2023 for the Lions against the Port Adelaide Football Club women's team at Alberton Oval.
