Qarah Safarlu (Persian: قره صفرلو, also Romanized as Qarah Şafarlū; also known as Dūl Bāghī)[1] is a village in Kaghazkonan-e Shomali Rural District, Kaghazkonan District, Meyaneh County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6, in 6 families.[2]
