Shisuikai (Japanese: 志帥会) is a faction within the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).[1] It is led by former LDP secretary-general Toshihiro Nikai.[1] It is considered to be a mid-sized faction.[1] Nikai is considered to be one of the most pro-China lawmakers in Japan,[2] and is also close to LDP's ally, the Komeito.[3]
