Shitab Rural District (Persian: دهستان شيتاب) is in Mugarmun District of Landeh County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Shitab.[3]
In September 2013, Landeh District was separated from Kohgiluyeh County in the establishment of Landeh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Landeh as its capital and only city.[3]
At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,997 in 489 households. The largest of its 12 villages was Munah, with 433 people.[2]
