Soltanabad (Persian: سلطان اباد, also Romanized as Solţānābād; also known as Sultānābād)[3] is a village in Kermajan Rural District of the Central District of Kangavar County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 781 in 176 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 749 people in 201 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 633 people in 190 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
