Soltanabad (Persian: سلطان آباد رخ), also known as Soltanabad-e Rokh (Persian: سلطان آباد رخ, also Romanized as Solţānābād-e Rokh)[3] is a village in Bala Rokh Rural District of Jolgeh Rokh District, Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,763 in 416 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,973 people in 575 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,078 people in 662 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
