Sophie Phillips is an American politician. She is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 18. She was elected in 2022, replacing David Bentz.[2] She is also a winner of the beauty pageant Miss Delaware 2021.[3][4] Philips is of mixed African Americans, Indian, Caribbean and European descent.[3][5]

Biography

Philips has a Bachelor's Degree of Science and a Master's Degree in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware.[2][6]
