The St Piran Football League is a football league, the Premier Division of which operates at level 11 of the English league system. The league was founded in 2019 to act as a regional feeder league to the South West Peninsula League.[1] All member clubs are based in Cornwall, except for a very small number based in Devon.
Following the 2022–23 season, the league absorbed the East Cornwall League, the Cornwall Combination, the Duchy League and the Trelawny League. Originally consisting of two divisions, the expanded St Piran League now consists of five East leagues and five West leagues.
