Staré Sedlo (German: Altsattel) is a municipality and village in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Staré Sedlo lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Tachov, 38 km (24 mi) west of Plzeň, and 121 km (75 mi) south-west of Prague.
