Takahiro Okada (岡田 貴弘, born February 9, 1988, in Suita), playing as T-Okada (T-岡田), is a Japanese professional baseball outfielder and first baseman for the Orix Buffaloes in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball.[1]

He changed his playing name to T-Okada in 2009 to prevent confusion to then-newly hired manager Akinobu Okada. The following season he finished with 33 home runs, the most in Pacific League, so he opted to keep his new name despite Akinobu Okada leaving the team in 2012.

Despite Orix's Japan Series victory in 2022, Okada had one of his lower hitting years, only finishing the year with a .133 batting average and a single home run, while driving in 10 runs in 36 games.
