Talebabad (Persian: طالب اباد, also Romanized as Ţālebābād; also known as Taleb Abad Torob Gowdeh)[3] is a village in Licharegi-ye Hasan Rud Rural District of the Central District of Bandar-e Anzali County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,992 in 572 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,153 people in 678 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,362 people in 747 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
