Tegyulte (Russian: Тегюльте; Yakut: Төгүлтэ, Tögülte) is a rural locality (a selo), one of three settlements, in addition to Onnyos and Yefremovo, in Amgino-Nakharinsky Rural Okrug of Aldansky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia. It is located 170 kilometers (110 mi) from Amga, the administrative center of the district and 89 kilometers (55 mi) from Onnyos, the settlement centre. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 13;[2] up from 9 recorded in the 2002 Census.[1]

Climate

This town has an extreme subarctic climate. With a record low of −61.6 °C (−78.9 °F) and a record high of 38.8 °C (101.8 °F), Tegyulte's total temperature range is 100.4 °C (180.7 °F), making it one of the few places in the world with a temperature range of more than 100 °C (180 °F).
