Tuyserkan (Persian: تويسركان, also Romanized as Tūyserkān, Tooyserkan, Tūīsarkān, and Tūysarkān)[3] is a city in the Central District of Tuyserkan County, Hamadan province, Iran, serving as both capital of the district and of the county.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 42,520 in 11,802 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 44,516 people in 13,727 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 50,455 people in 16,291 households.[2]

Tuyserkan is located about 100 km south of Hamadan, in western Iran.
