Uğrak is a village in the Pazar District, Rize Province, in Black Sea Region of Turkey.[1] Its population is 118 (2021).[2]

History

According to list of villages in Laz language book (2009), name of the village is Çingiti, which means "expatriate village". Most villagers are ethnically Laz.[3]

Geography

The village is located 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) away from Pazar.
