Wilson Township is one of thirteen townships in DeWitt County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 122 and it contained 65 housing units.[2]
Geography
According to the 2021 census gazetteer files, Wilson Township has a total area of 24.37 square miles (63.12 km2), of which 24.33 square miles (63.01 km2) (or 99.85%) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (or 0.15%) is water.[3]

As of the 2020 census[2] there were 122 people, 42 households, and 42 families residing in the township. The population density was 5.01 inhabitants per square mile (1.93/km2). There were 65 housing units at an average density of 2.67 per square mile (1.03/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 99.18% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.82% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.00% of the population.
There were 42 households, out of which 50.00% had children under the age of 18 living with them, and 100.00% were married couples living together. The average household size was 3.31 and the average family size was 3.31.
