Yazdanabad-e Sofla (Persian: يزدان اباد سفلي, also Romanized as Yazdānābād-e Soflá; also known as Yazdānābād-e Pā’īn)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Yazdan Rural District of Quchan Atiq District, Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 979 in 240 households, when it was in Quchan Atiq Rural District of the Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 877 people in 276 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 802 people in 269 households.[2]
In 2019, Dughayi Rural District and Quchan Atiq Rural District were separated from the district in the establishment of Abkuh District[7] and Quchan Atiq District,[4] respectively, each of which was divided into two rural districts.
