Ziaran Rural District (Persian: دهستان زياران) is in the Central District of Abyek County, Qazvin province, Iran.[3] Its original capital was the village of Ziaran;[4] however, the capital has been transferred to the village of Khuznan.[5] Tati is the main language of the rural district.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,024 in 3,303 households.[6] There were 11,748 inhabitants in 3,556 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,370 in 3,320 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Qeshlaq (now a city),[5] with 3,798 people.[2]
