Baghan (Persian: باغان, also Romanized as Bāghān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Baghan Rural District of Mahmeleh District, Khonj County, Fars province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 717 in 135 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 949 people in 186 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 725 people in 207 households.[2]
