Darbandrud Rural District (Persian: دهستان دربندرود) is in the Central District of Asadabad County, Hamadan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 13,054 in 3,073 households.[3] There were 12,952 inhabitants in 3,459 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,413 in 3,304 households. The largest of its 14 villages was Chenar-e Sofla, with 3,628 people.[2]
