Dezej (Persian: دزج, also Romanized as Dezaj; also known as Dīzaj and Dīzeh)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Chaharduli District of Ghorveh County, Kurdistan province, Iran. The city is populated by Kurds.[4]
At the 2006 census, its population was 2,292 in 559 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,290 people in 633 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,219 people in 666 households.[2]
