Panjeh Ali-ye Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان پنجه علي شمالي), formerly Panjeh Ali Rural District (Persian: دهستان پنجه علي),[3] is in the Central District of Ghorveh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,954 in 1,133 households.[4] There were 5,224 inhabitants in 1,387 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,643 in 1,412 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Shanureh, with 803 people.[2]
