Dorud Rural District (Persian: دهستان دورود) is in the Central District of Dorud County, Lorestan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 13,689 in 2,834 households.[3] There were 17,251 inhabitants in 4,008 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 16,712 in 4,595 households. The largest of its 32 villages was Choqabdar, with 4,441 people.[2]
