Ghainab Rural District (Persian: دهستان غيناب) is in the Central District of Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Naz Dasht.[3]

After the 2011 National Census, Ghainab Rural District was created in the district, and Doreh Rural District was separated from the district in the establishment of Doreh District.[3]

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,706 in 985 households. The largest of its 51 villages was Naz Dasht, with 990 people.[2]
