Halil Rural District (Persian: دهستان هليل) is in the Central District of Jiroft County, Kerman province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,856 in 1,343 households.[3] There were 8,976 inhabitants in 2,407 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,187 in 2,942 households. The largest of its 69 villages was Posht Lor, with 1,552 people.[2]
