Hoseynabad (Persian: حسين اباد, also Romanized as Ḩoseynābād; also known as Ferdowsī)[3] is a village in Zavarom Rural District of the Central District of Shirvan County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,572 in 601 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,665 people in 866 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,909 people in 782 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
