Jafarbay-ye Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان جعفربای جنوبی) is in the Central District of Torkaman County, Golestan province, Iran. ts capital is the village of Panj Peykar.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 18,448 in 3,712 households.[3] There were 6,396 inhabitants in 1,534 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,894 in 1,821 households. The largest of its eight villages was Chapaqli, with 3,064 people.[2]
