Korond Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرند) is in the Central District of Boshruyeh County, South Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Korond.[3]

In November 2008, Boshruyeh District was separated from Ferdows County in the establishment of Boshruyeh County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Boshruyeh as its capital.[3]

There were 754 inhabitants in 253 households at the National Census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 902 in 309 households. The largest of its 31 villages was Korond, with 593 people.[2]
