Koza [ˈkɔza] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Polska Cerekiew, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Polska Cerekiew, 22 km (14 mi) south-west of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and 55 km (34 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
The German name of the village, Heinrichsdorf, indicates that the village was founded in the Middle Ages by German settlers.[2]
