Kuhenjan Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهنجان)[3] is in Kuhenjan District of Sarvestan County, Fars province, Iran.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Sarvestan District of Shiraz County) was 6,692 in 1,646 households.[5] There were 3,385 inhabitants in 878 households at the following census of 2011,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Sarvestan County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,017 in 900 households. The largest of its 30 villages was Seyfabad, with 1,207 people.[2]
