Mamatin Rural District (Persian: دهستان ماماتین) is in Rud Zard District of Ramhormoz County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Gonbadlaran.[3]
After the 2011 National Census, Abolfares and Soltanabad Rural Districts were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Abolfares District, Rud Zard District, and Soltanabad District, each with two rural districts and no cities at the time.[3]
At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,597 in 404 households. The largest of its nine villages was Gonbadlaran, with 426 people.[2]
