Mazkureh Rural District (Persian: دهستان مذكوره)[3] is in the Central District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Bala Bandar Kheyl.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 25,883 in 6,904 households.[5] There were 27,302 inhabitants in 8,231 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 33,310 in 10,825 households. The largest of its 32 villages was Qoroq, with 10,704 people.[2]
