Panj Hezareh Rural District (Persian: دهستان پنج هزاره)[3] is in the Central District of Behshahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,653 in 839 households.[4] There were 3,299 inhabitants in 933 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,772 in 1,200 households. The largest of its nine villages was Pasand, with 1,721 people.[2]
