Tang-e Haft Rural District (Persian: دهستان تنگ هفت) is in Papi District of Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Istgah-e Tang-e Haft.[3]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,046 in 464 households.[4] There were 2,031 inhabitants in 449 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,257 in 316 households. The largest of its 51 villages was Tang-e Panj, with 231 people.[2]
