Touët-sur-Var (French pronunciation: [twɛ syʁ vaʁ], lit. "Touët-on-Var"; Occitan: Lo Toit; Italian, formerly: Toetto sul Varo) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France.
Geography
The commune, which covers a geographical area of 14.98 km2 (5.78 sq mi), is traversed by the rivers Var (in its centre) and the Cians (in the northeast).
