Aqa Baba-ye Faramarzi (Persian: اقابابافرامرزي, also Romanized as Āqā Bābā-ye Farāmarzī and Āqā Bābā-ye Frāmarzī)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Sina Rural District[4] of the Central District of Varzaqan County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 221 in 56 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 174 people in 49 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 247 people in 83 households.[2]
