Dobromilice (German: Dobromilitz) is a municipality and village in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 800 inhabitants.
Dobromilice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Prostějov, 27 km (17 mi) south of Olomouc, and 212 km (132 mi) east of Prague.
