Haram Rud-e Olya Rural District (Persian: دهستان حرم رود عليا) is in the Central District of Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,251 in 2,106 households.[3] There were 8,107 inhabitants in 2,415 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,555 in 2,380 households. The largest of its 20 villages was Hajjiabad, with 1,877 people.[2]
