Kamazan-e Sofla Rural District (Persian: دهستان كمازان سفلي) is in Zand District of Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,985 in 1,241 households.[3] There were 4,405 inhabitants in 1,344 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,776 in 1,247 households. The largest of its 27 villages was Peyhan, with 620 people.[2]
