Kostelní Myslová (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkostɛlɲiː ˈmɪslovaː]; German: Kirch Mislau) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 80 inhabitants.
Kostelní Myslová lies approximately 31 kilometres (19 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 127 km (79 mi) south-east of Prague.
