Zazom (Persian: ززم, also Romanized as Zazom)[3] is a village in Borborud-e Gharbi Rural District of Borborud-e Gharbi District, Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,405 in 266 households, when it was in the Central District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,447 people in 326 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,386 people in 349 households, by which time the rural district had separated from the district in the establishment of Borborud-e Gharbi District.[2]
