Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان بالا اخيابان ليتكوه)[3] is in Emamzadeh Abdollah District of Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District) was 22,171 in 5,533 households.[5] There were 11,605 inhabitants in 3,415 households at the census of 2011,[6] by which time the rural district had been separated from the district in the establishment of Emamzadeh Abdollah District.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,303 in 2,284 households. The largest of its 15 villages was Marzan Kola, with 1,456 people.[2]
