Derazan (Persian: درازان, also Romanized as Derāzān)[3] is a village in Dasht-e Sar-e Sofla Rural District of the Central District of Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,211 in 338 households, when it was in Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh Rural District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,423 people in 434 households, by which time Dasht-e Sar-e Sofla Rural District had been established.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,472 people in 501 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
