Harazpey-ye Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان هراز پی جنوبی)[3] is in the Central District of Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 16,404 in 4,249 households.[4] There were 16,060 inhabitants in 4,840 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 18,460 in 6,108 households. The largest of its 40 villages was Kamangar Kola, with 1,615 people.[2]
