Mileh Khan (Persian: مله خان, also Romanized as Mīleh Khān, Meleh Khān, and Milleh Khān)[3] is a village in Mirbag-e Jonubi Rural District of Mirbag District, Delfan County, Lorestan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 794 in 181 households, when it was in the Central District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 861 people in 218 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 870 people in 248 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
In March 2022, Mirbag-e Jonubi Rural District and Mirbag-e Shomali Rural District were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Mirbag District, which was divided into two rural districts.[6]
