Bagheli-ye Marama Rural District (Persian: دهستان باغلي ماراما) is in the Central District of Gonbad-e Kavus County, Golestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 33,148 in 7,179 households.[3] There were 34,077 inhabitants in 8,619 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 35,771 in 9,643 households. The largest of its 45 villages was Bi Bi Shirvan, with 4,199 people.[2]
